#38 is a vintage sterling charm of a dime holder. Remember when a phone call was only ten cents? It says "If ever in trouble here's the price of a call" on one side of the charm. A real 1941 dime is inside the charm. Even though the dime is from 1941, I believe the charm itself was made in the 1960's. The black enamel is in excellent condition. The charm is marked sterling on one side, has the Top Hat maker's mark of Wells, and was rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing. The charm measures 3/4 of an inch in diameter and weighs 5.6 grams
