This is a pair of American silver serving spoons. Marked on the back "J. Watson Phila" in an oval, and with an eagle on each side. James Watson was active 1820-1872. From 1830-1849 he was in partnership with Samuel Hildeburn, which would make these spoons date from 1820-30. Weigh 125 grams, measure 8" x 1 3/4", faint monogram script on front.
Very good condition with expected 200 year old wear.
