Offered for sale is an antique wool woven Jacquard coverlet with a central medallion with grape leaves and vines, woven in 3 colors of wool- red, indigo, green- in bands of colors. The corner is embroidered with the initials NB. An appraisal from an Indiana museum, as shown in the photos, estimates the age to the 1860's with an Ohio provenance. The coverlet measures 85" x 74" including the fringe. The coverlet is in excellent condition-no holes or stains. It has beautiful colors with fringe on 3 sides.
