Here is a rare and gorgeous 22-karat gold on green ground dinner plate that feature 6 oval medallions ornaments etched with an urn, the medallions are separated by foliate ornaments. All the design elements are unified by gold beaded swags that circumnavigate the plate rim. Near the rim an acid-etched gold band that is unusually thick adds special glamour to this service.

Pattern H3644, one of Minton's famous "G" and "H" patterns of heavily gilded raised paste 22-karat gold porcelain plates. T he plate is signed "Tatman Chicago," the retailer who sold this antique English china years ago.
